Role Description This position is to coach and mentor a team of 3-6 players for the next 2 splits of the NSE/NUEL and other tournaments that the Roehampton Rocket league team may compete in. This will be a time period between Late September/early October until early December for the Winter split and early February to Mid April for the spring split. Depending on team performance they may qualify for higher level tournaments so hours will fluctuate. Estimates are at 10-20h/pw depending on qualifications, with main working hours between 5-10pm (as university tournaments are played in the evenings). - You will be working with a small team of players to improve overall performance, tactics, and mindset. - 2-3 p/w, evening hours. - Looking for someone who is punctual and committed. - Able to work with different personalities and handle behavioural management. - Someone who inspires and is focused on the task at hand. Qualifications - Experience in coaching or mentoring. - Strong understanding of Rocket League gameplay and strategies. - Ability to communicate effectively with players.
