Job Description: About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you've built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year - far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is seeking someone to build and run our Community program. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams, you'll create scalable initiatives that transform users into advocates while establishing Ramp as a trusted partner in financial operations. You'll join a team that's already built a strong foundation: an active community, a packed events calendar, and deep relationships with the finance leaders and operators who love using Ramp. Our community is already a powerful asset: a high-caliber network of engaged decision-makers, a direct driver of retention, brand awareness, and expansion. This role is about bringing the systems, frameworks, and infrastructure that turn what's been built into something repeatable, measurable, and scalable. The ideal candidate is fiercely analytical, a natural systems-thinker, and knows how to build the infrastructure that turns momentum into scale. You have a builder's instinct and a track record of scaling what's working - making it bigger, more repeatable, and more measurable without losing its edge. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape how we engage with our community, from individual users to enterprises. This is a great fit if you like working with customers and product teams, thrive on cross-functional coordination, and care about making sure customers shape what gets built. You'll need to be someone who thrives in an environment where things move fast. What You'll Do - Design and execute our comprehensive community strategy, developing programs that serve diverse user segments - Establish and grow regional chapters and vertical-based groups within the community - Partner cross-functionally to ensure community initiatives align with product and go-to-market goals - Help define and operationalize the long-term community strategy and how it ladders up to Ramp's brand, retention, and expansion goals - Create engaging experiences including community events, educational content, and recognition initiatives such as a customer awards program - Collaborate with our Social team to design repeatable playbooks to capture content at community events What You Need - Have demonstrated success implementing Marketing programs across different user segments - Are skilled at developing engagement strategies that drive measurable community health - Take a data-driven approach to measuring community impact - Excel at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Excitement to both develop strategy and be in the weeds on community management - AI fluency to build community programs as efficiently as possible - Identify new community channels that expand reach without diluting quality - Systems thinking - you see playbooks, not just one-off initiatives Nice-to-Haves - Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS - A track record of scaling large communities or advocacy programs Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global) - Flexible PTO - Unlimited AI token usage - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend United States - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (80 days) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed) Canada - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (80 days) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health United Kingdom - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (80 days) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay Referral Instructions If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
