• Advise clients on cloud architectures, DevOps strategies, and platform concepts. • Design and support the implementation of cloud service management platforms. • Design target architectures for CI/CD, container, and infrastructure landscapes. • Provide guidance on adopting DevOps practices and platform engineering approaches. • Develop architecture decision templates and governance concepts. • Facilitate architecture workshops and present to decision-makers. • Provide technical leadership in complex consulting engagements.

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines supporting cloud-native applications and services • Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources • Integrate security controls and best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps) • Support deployment and operation of containerized workloads and cloud-native data pipelines • Collaborate with engineers and architects to implement scalable, secure, and resilient system designs • Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments • Support vulnerability management, remediation, and secure configuration practices • Implement and maintain cloud security controls, identity management, and access policies • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security posture across environments • Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and system configurations • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with mission needs and compliance requirements

• Provide expert operational support to our nodes running in the cloud (AWS, Azure and GCP) • using technologies such as Linux (Debian), Docker, and languages including Java, Python and bash • Participate in on-call Level 1 or Level 2 roster • Liaise with our customers’ engineers in resolving interesting issues related to OpenSearch and other supported technologies. • Undertake complex cluster operations such as migrations, upgrades and maintenance on our fleet. • Develop and continually improve our suite of internal automation tools, applications, and processes
