Junior Web Designer, Front-End Developer

HeyDelegate

• Design and build responsive websites and landing pages • Customize and maintain websites across platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Kajabi, and similar builders • Translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web pages • Ensure websites align with client branding and style guidelines • Support updates, edits, and ongoing website improvements • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on digital projects • Troubleshoot minor website and front-end issues as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in web design and/or front-end development
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Experience working with website builders and CMS platforms
  • Good design sense and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Shopify customization, Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, Basic SEO knowledge
