Account Manager, Client Services

Wasserman

• Support, nurture, and grow a significant client relationship • Understand client business goals, brand strategy, audiences and commercial pressures • Support the development of annual plans, campaign frameworks, and strategic/creative responses, with the ability to help draft and create compelling presentations in PowerPoint • Confidently deliver ideas, proposals and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders • Support KPI setting, measurement frameworks, and robust campaign evaluation • Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and live events • Project manage, determining critical milestones and reporting cadence • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production and Operations teams internationally • Manage partnerships with rights holders, talent, venues and key delivery partners • Ensure accurate project financial tracking, reporting, scopes of work development • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with both internal colleagues and external clients • Support THE·TEAM Global teams on client projects and new business opportunities • Help position THE·TEAM activation capabilities in market, reinforcing our global leadership

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English at business competency level is essential
  • At least 3+ years’ agency account management experience
  • Experience in Social Media, Content and Creator Marketing is highly desirable
  • Experience in student marketing and working knowledge of German university set up desirable
  • An interest in innovative new technology
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft ideas into PowerPoint and other presentation media to tell a visually compelling story
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proven experience influencing clients and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Commercially minded
  • Multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
