Desde el Departamento de Social Media de SIDN Digital Thinking estamos buscando incorporar un nuevo perfil al equipo de redes sociales. Si cuentas con experiencia demostrable de más de 5 años en la gestión 360 de cuentas de social media con marcas pertenecientes a diferentes sectores, te estamos buscando. La ideación de estrategias, creación de contenido, publicación y atención a cliente en redes sociales, monitorización y seguimiento del crecimiento de los perfiles y la interlocución continua con cliente, formarán parte de tu día a día. - Trabajarás junto a un equipo de más de 20 personas expertos en social media. - Tendrás comunicación e interlocución con cliente de forma directa y diaria. - Diseñarás e implementarás estrategias para compañías B2B & B2C. - Generarás contenido para las redes sociales de clientes pertenecientes a sectores muy heterogéneos. - Habilidades frente a cámara para la creación de contenidos nativos en vídeo (Shorts, TikTok, Reels). - Edición de vídeo en herramientas como CapCut. - Gestionarás las colaboraciones entre marca e influencer. - Presentarás de forma mensual los resultados alcanzados en redes sociales. - Tomarás un papel proactivo con cliente proponiendo activaciones digitales y mejoras. - Mantendrás una posición de actualización constante sobre las últimas tendencias y novedades. Qualifications - Capacidad de gestión de proyectos a nivel social media. - Comunicación e interlocución con cliente respondiendo a sus necesidades de forma eficiente y proactiva. - Desarrollo de contenido nativo y redacción de planificaciones. - Análisis de necesidades de cliente y toma de acción para cubrir dichas necesidades. - Capacidad de creación de contenidos nativos en vídeo para formatos audiovisuales. - Edición en herramientas como CapCut y dominio de secuencias narrativas. - Determinación de objetivos y reporte de resultados de las acciones realizadas en redes sociales. - Capacidad creativa y de conceptualización de acciones de dinamización, campañas y contenido de marcas. - Metodología de trabajo ágil. - Uso de herramientas digitales para las necesidades de redes sociales. Requirements - Experiencia de mínimo 5 años en agencia o consultoría de marketing digital gestionando proyectos de redes sociales. - Conocimiento técnico de todo el ecosistema actual de redes sociales. - Capacidad estratégica y organizativa para la ágil adaptación e implementación de formatos, tendencias. - Experiencia en gestión y comunicación directa con cliente.
