Role Description We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Content Creator Specialist to take ownership of our client’s digital presence across key platforms. This role goes beyond support; it focuses on creating engaging, on-brand content, managing social media channels, and actively contributing to audience growth and engagement. The ideal candidate is a content-driven thinker with strong visual storytelling skills, hands-on experience creating social media content, and a solid understanding of current trends, formats, and platform algorithms. Key Responsibilities - Create engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. - Edit videos and multimedia content for posts, reels, and campaigns using modern editing tools. - Plan, organize, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and reach. - Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. - Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, helping build an authentic online community. - Track content performance (engagement, reach, impressions) and optimize strategies based on insights. - Maintain and organize digital assets (videos, images, templates, brand materials). Tools & Platforms - Canva / CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut – content creation and editing - Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) - Content scheduling tools (optional) - AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar) are a plus Qualifications - Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Influencer, or Marketing Specialist - Strong video editing and content creation skills (short-form content is a must) - Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies - Excellent English communication skills (B2+ or higher) - Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take initiative - Portfolio or examples of previous content (required) Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with U.S.-based brands or audiences - Background in marketing, communications, or related fields - Experience in remote or fast-paced environments - Familiarity with branding and content strategy Benefits - Full-time remote opportunity with a U.S.-based client. - Training and onboarding support to learn the company’s brand and tools. - Collaborative and creative work environment. - Growth opportunities within the marketing and creative team.
