Staff Software Engineer
Paradigm Health
• Architect the Front End Ecosystem: Define and champion the long-term vision for our Front End architecture. • Drive Engineering Standards: Establish organization-wide best practices for the UI layer, ensuring code quality. • Production & Observability: Own the lifecycle of the Front End from local development to production. • Shape the Product: Partner deeply with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex business needs into technical specifications. • Cross-Team Impact: Drive large cross-team initiatives from start to finish. • Domain Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the clinical trial domain to anticipate user needs. • Elevate the Team: Actively mentor engineers both within your immediate team and across the organization. • Foster Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Backend and Frontend, ensuring API contracts are robust and efficient for UI consumption.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of Experience: You have seen the evolution of the Front End landscape—from JQuery to MVC frameworks to modern React.
- Master of the Stack: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS/Styling architectures.
- Ops-Minded: You understand that Front End development doesn't end at git push.
- Product-First Technologist: You care about the user experience above all else.
- Reliable Delivery: You get stuff done. You say what you will do, and do what you say, delivering high-quality work timely and reliably.
