Role Description As an Instructional Designer at Reagan.inen, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and multimedia specialists to develop dynamic and interactive online courses that enhance learners' knowledge, skills, and abilities. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles and a creative mindset to develop cutting-edge educational content. - Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to identify learning objectives, course content, and assessment strategies. - Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses using various instructional design models and tools. - Create course outlines, storyboards, and scripts for multimedia assets, such as videos, animations, and simulations. - Apply adult learning principles to ensure courses are engaging and effective for a diverse audience. - Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on developed courses to ensure they meet instructional design standards and specifications. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing courses to increase learner satisfaction and retention. - Stay up-to-date on the latest instructional design techniques, technologies, and trends. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate or academic setting. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and proven experience in implementing them. - Proficient in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. - Demonstrated experience in developing responsive and interactive online courses using various multimedia assets. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Own the GDD and roadmap, and keep both useful. • Lead and support a team of experienced designers, including mentoring, coaching, and workload management. • Champion design quality through honest, collaborative feedback. • Spot risks before they become issues. • Jump into prototypes and testing when needed. • Represent the game internally and externally.

• Lead lighting design projects • Be the lead designer and communicate directly with the client • Organize and manage the internal design team to produce milestone deliverables. • Support other lead designers • Support other designers as needed, based on project needs • Provide equipment research and communicate with manufacturers • Provide equipment studies (lighting, audio, projection, etc) • Translate designer mark-ups into project design documents • Produce design documents Plans Details and elevations Control diagrams Schedules, reports, and specification packages • Attend project meetings and provide meeting agendas and notes as needed • Perform QAQC on all client deliverables • Travel to the project site and client meetings as required • Continue professional development and education for emerging technologies • Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Lead AV design projects • Be the lead designer and communicate directly with the client • Organize and manage the internal design team to produce milestone deliverables. • Support lead designers • Support other designers as needed, based on project needs • Provide equipment research and communicate with manufacturers • Provide AV studies (Projection and acoustic studies) • Translate designer mark-ups into project design documents • Produce design documents AV plans • Details and elevations • Control diagrams • Schedules, reports, and specification packages • Attend project meetings and provide meeting agendas and notes as needed • Perform QAQC on all client deliverables • Travel to the project site and client meetings as required • Continue professional development and education for emerging technologies • Performs other related duties as assigned
