Role Description As an Instructional Designer at Reagan.inen, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and multimedia specialists to develop dynamic and interactive online courses that enhance learners' knowledge, skills, and abilities. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles and a creative mindset to develop cutting-edge educational content. - Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to identify learning objectives, course content, and assessment strategies. - Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses using various instructional design models and tools. - Create course outlines, storyboards, and scripts for multimedia assets, such as videos, animations, and simulations. - Apply adult learning principles to ensure courses are engaging and effective for a diverse audience. - Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on developed courses to ensure they meet instructional design standards and specifications. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing courses to increase learner satisfaction and retention. - Stay up-to-date on the latest instructional design techniques, technologies, and trends. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate or academic setting. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and proven experience in implementing them. - Proficient in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. - Demonstrated experience in developing responsive and interactive online courses using various multimedia assets. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
