Role Description Asheville Cottages is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry. You will be responsible for: - Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources including our booking software, customer surveys, and website analytics. - Analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will help guide our business strategy. - Creating reports and visualizations to present findings to the management team. - Collaborating with team members to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and customer experiences. - Continuously monitoring and tracking data to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations to optimize business operations. - Assisting with ad-hoc data analysis projects and other tasks as needed. Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Passion for using data to drive business decisions.
