Role Description Help our essential workers get to the frontlines! We are looking for phone and data entry specialists to play a part in connecting nurses with healthcare facilities needing to fill shifts. You will navigate online to verify the nurses’ credentials after they’ve selected the healthcare facility they would like to work with. You’ll then follow-up with the nurse with a written message to confirm if their credentials are valid for that facility. You will also be handling follow up phone calls with those checking on the status of picking up shifts. Position Responsibilities - Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner - Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics - Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives - Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call/record - Perform Data Entry and Customer Service skills - Be able to navigate online efficiently - Work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for shifts - Identify customers' needs, research to see if request has credentials needed - Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure - Actively participate in efforts to support customer satisfaction and maintain quality - Effectively communicate with patience and understanding - Remain positive and professional in all internal and external customer interactions - Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times - Physically be able to meet the demands of the job within the described work environment - Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas - Flexibility to cross train as requested - Maintain the utmost confidentiality and security as it pertains to the Five Star Electronic Communications Privacy Act - Perform other duties as assigned Note: Management reserves the right to assign or reassign functions and responsibilities to this job description at any time. • Own and scale a modern healthcare data platform — building core services, automation, and observability that power real-world patient and provider outcomes • Architect and build core services, automation tools, and integrations that power our client's data ecosystem • Own high-impact platform components, improve pipeline reliability and observability • Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and DevOps to advance the scalability and developer experience of our client's data platform

• Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable data pipelines and data infrastructure • Ensure high-quality data is accessible, trusted, and ready for analytics and data science • Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and export across multiple sources and destinations • Develop and evolve scalable data architecture to meet business and performance requirements • Partner with analysts and data scientists to deliver curated, analysis-ready datasets and enable self-service analytics • Implement best practices for data quality, testing, monitoring, lineage, and reliability • Optimize workflows for performance, cost, and scalability (e.g., tuning Spark jobs, query optimization, partitioning strategies) • Ensure secure data handling and compliance with relevant data protection standards and internal policies • Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement of data platform and engineering processes • Ensure secure, compliant handling of data and models, including access controls, auditability, and governance practices • Build and maintain MLOps automation: CI/CD for ML, environment management, artifact handling, versioning of data/models/code
