Job Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms
- Strong judgment and editing ability when reviewing AI-generated content
- Legal, paralegal, or tech-startup experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Daylite or other CRM systems is a major plus (training can be provided)
- Proactive, organized, and dependable work style

Role Overview: Reporting to the Manager and the Global Head of Administrative Services, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level, administrative support to senior executives.
