On the Waymo Marketing team, you will help to connect people with the magic and impact of Waymo's autonomous driving technology. Our team has the unique opportunity to not only grow Waymo's brand from the ground up, but to also build societal acceptance for autonomous driving technology for the first time in history. We build thoughtful marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and creative assets to deliver messages that matter to our audience, communicated through anything from video content, to social media interactions, to immersive physical experiences. We also shape Waymo's go-to-market initiatives, helping to transform Waymo into a thriving business with a growing user base. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and reports to the Group Creative Marketing Lead. You will: - Lead film and photography productions that build awareness, trust, and love for the Waymo brand and our magical product experience. - Act as a key liaison between external agency partners and internal Waymo Ops teams to seamlessly oversee all aspects of production - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including brand marketing, product marketing, communications, and brand engagement, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts - Coordinate, schedule, and supervise on-site video shoots, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and high quality standards - Manage content review cycles and edit timelines to ensure on-time delivery, while communicating consistently with agency partners regarding updates, feedback, and project milestones - Maintain highly organized files of video assets and production materials, and prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations for key stakeholders regarding ongoing projects and outcomes You have: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 7+ years of experience in brand marketing or production, either in-house or at an agency. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand productions - Strong understanding of brand marketing channels and tactics, including digital, social, video, out-of-home, experiential and partnerships - Successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally with various partners in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills We prefer: - An exciting portfolio of work that demonstrates a wide range of brand marketing experience - Curious, innovative, and thrives on ambiguity - Strong creative spirit and ability to think outside the box - A genuine passion for autonomous technology and a forward-thinking vision for how it improves urban mobility - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. This is a salaried position: base salary range at 0.75 FTE is $64,350-$70,200. At 1.0 FTE, base salary range is from $81,000-$93,600 annually. A Field Case Manager role is a hybrid position. The candidate must be located in the St. Louis, MO, area due to regular local travel (80% of the time) for in-person patient appointments. You must be willing to travel and have a compact RN license in the state of MO. For this role, IL RN is also strongly preferred and will need to be obtained. The field case manager is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals.
