In this role, you’ll play a key part in connecting with prospective students, building relationships, attending events, and guiding applicants through the admissions process to help them take the next step toward their future. You’ll collaborate closely with our Enrollment Services team to ensure a smooth transition into one of WyoTech’s core programs. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a remote territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programs - Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatherings - Cultivate relationships with: - High school instructors and counselors - Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs - Industry partners and trade organizations - Identify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the trades - Guide students and families through the admissions and enrollment process - Represent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community events - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience - Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM tools Associated Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience - A dynamic, high-energy speaker who can engage and inspire audiences - Strong relationship-builder with a passion for helping students succeed - Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who takes ownership of territory growth - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, presentation platforms, and Microsoft Office Requirements Minimum Requirement (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying): - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, or relationship-based roles (preferred) - Experience presenting to groups or working in education, trades, or workforce development is a plus - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed Why WyoTech: - Work with students to make a difference in their lives - Work with a great company that supports not only their staff but the community as well - Team building - Tuition reimbursement - Competitive benefit package - PTO and paid holidays - 401K - Health insurance - vision and dental included - Life and short-term disability The Laramie community has the small-town charm with big city events. This position will provide OneOncology practices with oversight of their Accounts Receivable and Billing Processes.
