Content Moderation Specialist

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines. • Identify and report content that violates safety standards, community guidelines, or legal requirements. • Follow established moderation procedures to maintain consistency in enforcement. • Meet accuracy and productivity targets while making fair and objective moderation decisions. • Escalate complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams when necessary. • Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive content and user data.
Job Requirements
- 6 months-1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related trust and safety fields
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review content that may include hate speech, fraud or misinformation/disinformation
- Basic understanding of content moderation tools, workflows, and community guidelines
- Awareness of cultural differences and their impact on online communities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document moderation decisions clearly.

We help clinics reduce administrative burden, improve communication, and reclaim time for patient care. As we expand internationally, content plays a critical role in how we educate markets, build trust, support sales, and strengthen our position with veterinary professionals, partners, and media. We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager, Europe to help accelerate growth across key European markets, with a primary focus on German-speaking regions and secondary focus across the Nordics and select adjacent markets. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a multilingual content marketer who can combine strong writing and localization skills with commercial awareness, media relationship-building, and a sharp understanding of SEO-driven growth. You will be responsible for creating and localizing high-quality content that supports market expansion, demand generation, partner activity, and brand credibility.
