Job Requirements

  • You hold a valid AMF license (Autorité des marchés financiers).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Quick learner with an interest in technology.

Role Description As a member of the Revenue Cycle Management Team, the Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for all aspects of insurance verification.
