Senior Manager, Corporate Development
MediaRadar, Inc.
We are hiring a Sr. Manager, Corporate Development with a private equity, investment banking, or transaction services background to support and lead transaction execution across the deal lifecycle - from valuation and diligence through post-close performance tracking and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Key Responsibilities**
- Transaction modeling - build and own valuation models including DCF, comparable company, precedent transactions, and LBO scenarios.
- Pro forma analysis - develop combined-entity P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow projections with appropriate normalization adjustments.
- Financial diligence - manage workstreams, coordinate with external advisors, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Pro forma modeling and QoE bridging - partner with the rest of the FP&A team on combined-entity P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.
- Financial due diligence - normalize EBITDA, identify one-time vs. recurring items, analyze working capital, and validate management adjustments.
- Capital structure analysis - model financing scenarios under various deal cases.
- Investment memos - prepare materials for senior leadership review on strategic opportunities.
- Post-close support - partner with the full FP&A team on integration performance tracking and reporting.
- Financing & stakeholder reporting - support reporting requirement as neededs.
- Required Qualifications**
- 4–7 years in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development at a sponsor-backed company.
- Demonstrated experience with complex transaction modeling and financial diligence.
- Advanced Excel modeling: three-statement, LBO, accretion/dilution, sources & uses.
- Strong grasp of GAAP, adjusted EBITDA methodology, and quality-of-earnings concepts.
- Excellent written communication; able to translate analysis into executive-ready.
- Willingness to work overlapping US Eastern hours during active transaction phases.
- CFA preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications**
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or data services targets.
- Prior experience supporting US-based sponsors or sponsor-backed corporates.
