Director, Total Rewards
MDWerks Inc.
• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s total rewards strategy. • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals. • Serve as the subject-matter expert for compensation, benefits, and equity programs. • Establish governance processes, policies, and controls to support rewards practices globally. • Design and manage competitive benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, time-off, allowances, and wellbeing initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations. • Serve as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on rewards-related decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive total rewards experience, including compensation and benefits leadership
- Experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly complex, regulated industries in a commercial stage organization.
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation and long-term incentive programs.
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and Boards or Compensation Committees.
- Proficiency with HRIS and compensation management platforms (e.g., Workday, Radford/WTW) and equity administration systems.
