Job Description
Full Stack AI Engineer (Front-End Leaning)
Inception Point AI
Role Description We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer who leans heavily into the Front-End and UX/UI experience. Currently, our internal tools lack the intuitiveness needed for our creative team to be fully self-sufficient. Your mission is to build and rebuild the front end of our tech stack, creating a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" experience that allows our creative team to scale without constant manual intervention from engineering. Key Responsibilities - Front-End Leadership: Rebuild the front end of our tech stack and establish a long-term front-end strategy for the company. - Product Usability: Design and develop UI/UX that is "customer-minded," making internal AI tools easy to use and intuitive for non-technical creative teams. - Full Stack Execution: While front-end is the priority, you will act as a generalist, helping with data structures and back-end troubleshooting to ensure the platform is robust and scalable. - AI Orchestration: Act as an "AI-forward" engineer, using AI as a pairing partner to accelerate development and building interfaces that dynamically adapt to LLM outputs. - Technical Debt Reduction: Identify and resolve existing technical debt within our "Arc" platform to improve performance and reliability. Qualifications - Deep competency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Tailwind CSS, or CSS) is required. - Strong experience with data engineering and troubleshooting is a "humongous bonus" as you will eventually assist in scaling our data architecture. - You must be comfortable driving AI to do the work for you; we are looking for engineers who use AI to move faster, not those who are afraid of it. - You are comfortable working in a high-growth environment where documentation may be sparse and processes are still being defined. - You are humble enough to collaborate with others but confident enough to question leadership to find the best solution. Requirements - Experience building complex platform front ends, ideally for AI or high-interaction websites. - Proficiency in React, Tailwind CSS, and/or modern CSS. Preferred - Knowledge of Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and WebSockets. - Familiarity with Vector Databases and LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic). Benefits - This is a "green field" opportunity to build the front-end discipline from the ground up at an AI-first company. - You will work with unreleased technology from NVIDIA and AWS, significantly increasing your market value while building tools that define the future of media creation. Success Criteria (First 90 Days) - 30 Days: Complete onboarding and get fully up to speed on existing undocumented systems. - 60 Days: Begin shipping code for self-sustained special projects with a controlled "blast radius." - 90 Days: Integrate into the normal SDLC rhythm, producing outcomes that entice the creative team to use internal platforms autonomously.
