Job Description
Full Stack Developer, TypeScript, Go
pyck
• Develop modern logistics software: You will build features for our AI-native warehouse and fulfillment platform — from goods receipt and picking to shipping. • Full-stack engineering with TypeScript & Go: You will create high-performance backend services in Go as well as modern frontends and integrations in TypeScript. • Understand and digitize processes: You will work closely with customers and operations teams, analyze existing warehouse and fulfillment processes, and design pragmatic solutions for real operational problems. • AI-native product development: You will use modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar systems to speed up development, validate prototypes, and implement product ideas directly. • Ownership rather than tickets: You won't just execute tasks; you'll think in terms of problems, processes, and outcomes. • Rapid iteration & continuous improvement: We work with short feedback loops, real user problems, and high velocity. Decisions are validated by usage and impact — not by endless alignment.

- Experience developing modern web applications and APIs
- Understanding of scalable software architectures and clean code
- Experience with logistics processes such as warehouse management, fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, or supply chain
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and model them in software
- Interest in AI-assisted software development and modern developer workflows
- Self-driven work style and high standards of quality
- Product-oriented mindset rather than pure ticket processing
- Motivation to deliver pragmatic and fast production-ready solutions
- Good written and spoken German or English
Benefits
- Opportunity to work in an agile and dynamic startup environment
- Flexible work (remote-first culture)
- Collaboration with an experienced and passionate team
