Enterprise Power Platform Developer
LMI
• Design, build, and govern Power Platform solutions—Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse • Gather requirements directly from operators • Prototype quickly, harden for production, and deploy through ALM pipelines using managed solutions, environment strategy, and source control • Integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, and external APIs as the mission requires • Set and enforce enterprise governance: environment strategy, DLP policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) tooling, naming conventions, and security/role models
Job Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
- Demonstrated expertise across Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Strong working knowledge of Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
- Experience designing and operating Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using managed solutions, multiple environments, and source control
- Experience implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) governance, DLP policies, and tenant-level administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operator needs into technical solutions and brief outcomes to GO/SES-level stakeholders
- Experience integrating with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure services
