Job Description

Customer Value Director, Supply Chain Design – Planning

• Facilitate workshops with named customers to align on goals and develop initiative roadmaps and enablement plans to achieve these goals. Track progress on these goals and plans through regular business reviews. • Lead monthly customer check-ins to maintain alignment and update customers on product enhancements, events, and to recruit customers to events and to participate in advocacy activities. • Plan and execute in-person user groups to build the customer community • Onboard new customers, leveraging your expertise in SCDP to assist them in developing their success metrics and value journeys. • Serve as a trusted advisor to your customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience while advocating for your customers within Coupa on their behalf and coordinate the right resources for your customers at the right time.

Job Requirements

  • Overall 10 years of experience out of which at least 5 years in supply chain design and/or planning domain expertise. Preference for direct experience in LLamasoft/Coupa SCDP or similar technologies.
  • Preferred candidates will have customer / client management experience, either via consulting/BPO experience or from supply chain SaaS software/solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive relationships and incorporate associated influencing strategies
  • Project management skills, including managing disparate, cross-functional teams across internal, customer and 3rd party teams.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required – Master’s degree is preferred
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50%
