• Contribute to and evolve our cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, IAM and security controls • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across a mixed TypeScript and Python codebase • Operate and improve our primary data stores — relational and graph databases • Design and implement data pipelines that move, transform and validate data across the platform • Implement observability — structured logging, distributed tracing and alerting • Contribute to security and compliance posture across services • Build internal developer tooling that makes iteration fast and safe • Support deployment and scaling of research workloads including GPU-based training runs

Job Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud provider — GCP preferred
  • Strong infrastructure-as-code practice — Terraform or Pulumi
  • Experience operating Postgres in production
  • Proficiency in CI/CD design and multi-environment deployments
  • Comfort working across TypeScript and Python codebases
  • Security-first mindset
  • Nice to have: Experience with graph databases
  • Familiarity with data pipeline tooling
  • Experience running GPU workloads on cloud infrastructure
  • Exposure to geospatial or domain-specific data formats

You will work across backend engineering, AWS infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics systems, helping maintain and evolve a platform used by insurers and automotive organisations to better understand EV repair risk and pricing.
