Job Requirements

  • Develop and manage sales training curricula within Kajabi or other LMS platforms.
  • Effectively onboard new Energy Consultants to maximize their productivity.
  • Conduct live virtual role-plays focused on enhancing closing techniques in real-world scenarios.
  • Analyze sales calls and appointment results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with field needs and business goals.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect product and market changes.
  • Monitor key metrics such as ramp time and training completion to assess training effectiveness.
  • Required Qualifications:**
  • Residency in Texas is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience training in-home or field sales representatives with a focus on closing skills.
  • Proven ability to design and develop sales training programs from the ground up.
