Job Description

Enhanced Direct Enrollment Product Owner

Element

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem. • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business/program teams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations. • Provide client engagement support as a point of contact after the Team Lead, participating in governance meetings, demos, and stakeholder sessions. • Define, manage, and continuously prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality, balancing regulatory requirements, partner needs, and user experience improvements. • Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, testable, and aligned with business and compliance requirements. • Translate complex healthcare policy, regulatory, and operational requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories. • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, DevSecOps, and integration teams to support successful deployment of EDE capabilities across partner channels. • Define and track post-launch optimization metrics, including enrollment conversion rates, application completion rates, error rates, user drop-off points, and partner integration performance. • Use data-driven insights to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous improvement of live EDE services. • Ensure compliance with federal healthcare regulations, security standards (e.g., NIST), privacy requirements, and accessibility standards (Section 508). • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Support release planning, deployment readiness, and stabilization activities for production environments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government healthcare programs.
  • Demonstrated experience working on digital enrollment systems, marketplaces, or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
  • Proven experience supporting federal or state government IT programs, preferably in healthcare eligibility or enrollment domains.
  • Strong experience managing Agile product backlogs, roadmaps, and iterative delivery.
  • Hands-on experience supporting system deployments (production releases) and post-launch optimization efforts.
  • Must have experience with post-launch optimization metrics, including conversion funnels, user behavior analytics, system performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product documentation.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data exchange standards, and system integrations across partner ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Ability to balance deployment demands with long-term product optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated, and high-visibility environments.

• Own the activation and lead delivery domain end-to-end: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Leadfeeder turns identified companies into qualified, actionable leads — covering scoring, enrichment, Workflows, Lists, and AI-driven activation. • Ship Workflows and Lists to General Availability: Your immediate priority. Drive the final delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration to bring these two core capabilities to all customers. These are central to our packaging and competitive differentiation. • Close the retention loop: The biggest reason customers leave is that they see website visitor data but can’t easily act on it. You will ensure that every customer can seamlessly prioritize, enrich, and deliver leads to their CRM — making the platform’s value undeniable. • Define scoring and prioritization models: Own how customers identify their best leads. Build and evolve ICP fitness scoring, intent signals, and company tiering so revenue teams focus on what matters most. • Expand enrichment and buyer group identification: Deepen our contact enrichment capabilities and surface the right decision-makers at identified companies. Bridge the gap between “we know this company visited” and “here’s who to call.” • Build AI-powered activation: Move beyond manual configuration toward smart, opinionated recommendations — one-click actions, automated routing, and intelligent templates that make lead activation effortless. • Own CRM integration strategy: Leadfeeder is the intelligence and activation layer; CRM is where sales teams execute. Ensure seamless, reliable data flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and MS Dynamics. • Partner deeply with engineering and design: Work within one-month delivery cycles alongside your Engineering Coordinator and cross-functional team. Write problem briefs and PRDs, define success metrics, and drive execution from discovery through launch. • Leverage data and AI in everything you do: Use analytics, AI tooling, and rapid experimentation to identify friction, validate hypotheses, and ship faster. We don’t just build AI features — we use AI to build.
