• Functional Analysis: Capture, analyze, and synthesize business requirements into clear, detailed, and prioritized user stories. • Technical Connection: Collaborate with technical teams to detail user stories at functional and technical levels, ensuring feasibility and understanding of requirements. • Backlog Management: Maintain a well-defined, prioritized backlog aligned with product objectives, using agile methodologies like Scrum. • Participation in Agile Ceremonies: Take part in refinement, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, facilitating team understanding and resolving questions. • Support for Estimations: Assist the team in estimating user stories and tasks, ensuring effective sprint planning. • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, gathering feedback and aligning expectations. • Prioritization: Identify and prioritize high-impact functionalities, maximizing delivered business value. • Effective Communication: Understand and convey end-user needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure the product delivers tangible value.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles within agile teams.
  • Strong skills in functional analysis and experience in defining user stories.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to interact with development teams and detail technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project and backlog management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices.
  • Fluent English (Mandatory).

• As Lead for energy product management and the domain architecture of the TENTAC platform, you will shape the product landscape of the future. • You will develop a modular product toolkit for all business segments (electricity, gas, heat/district heating, water/sewerage) and be responsible for domain product logic, tariff models and price adjustment processes. • You will work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, Delivery and customer teams to ensure the platform remains scalable, standardized and future-ready. • Build and further develop a modular product toolkit including product families, building blocks and variant logic for all relevant segments. • Define a standardized product and pricing logic including nomenclature, tariff types and governance for customer-specific extensions, as well as domain modeling of tariff types, operands/factors, account assignment and product-dependent billing control. • Take domain responsibility for the use of the UPIL to ensure clean product integration and contribute to integration and API concepts around the product configurator and UPIL APIs – with a clear “keep‑the‑core‑clean” orientation. • Design and establish robust price adjustment processes including rule sets, process steps and system support, and ensure end-to-end consistency with product changes and lead-to-cash. • Translate market, customer and project requirements into epics/backlog items and closely support implementation through to delivery. • Act as a sparring partner for Product Owners, Architecture and delivery teams; ensure domain consistency in the standard. • Optional: contribute to end-to-end scenarios with the Sales & Service Cloud V2 (e.g. sales processes, service functions, integration scenarios).
