Job Description

Director, Accreditation – Joint Providership

KnowFully Learning Group

• Maintain compliance with ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence and Joint Accreditation requirements across all KME activities • Ensure KME meets its annual commitment to a target percentage of activities designated as Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE), including verifying that IPCE activities meet requirements for interprofessional planning, faculty, and learner participation, and address interprofessional collaboration in content • Track multiple CME/CE activities simultaneously using Asana and internal tools • Ensure accuracy of tracking spreadsheets and reporting documents in Excel • Support collection of required documentation from joint providers (e.g., disclosures, evaluations, attendance/learner data, outcomes documentation, etc.) • Monitor deadlines and proactively ensure all activities are on track • Lead preparation for Joint Accreditation reaccreditation cycles and self-studies; serve as primary liaison to the Joint Accreditation organizations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuing healthcare education, with at least 2 years in an accreditation leadership or compliance-focused role at an accredited provider
  • Working knowledge of both ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence and Joint Accreditation requirements, including IPCE standards and the joint providership model
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting accreditation review processes
  • Experience managing partner or client relationships in a healthcare education context
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
