Role Description CTG is seeking a Data Governance Analyst with strong Collibra and data catalog experience to support enterprise data governance and metadata management initiatives for our client. This role will focus on improving data catalog maturity, documenting business terms and data assets, and partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance processes and data visibility across the organization. Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with deep experience in payments, particularly in credit card products and processing. This role will support the development and enhancement of innovative payment solutions, working closely with product managers, technology teams, and external partners to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. - Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product requirements for credit card and payment solutions. - Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and transaction data to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Support the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card products, including onboarding, authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute management. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. - Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and successful delivery. - Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements. - Monitor KPIs and performance metrics post-launch to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
