Job Requirements
- 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol in een zakelijke B2B omgeving
- Je hebt een diploma op zak dat je behaalde in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je hebt een proactieve houding, een gedreven en ondernemende persoonlijkheid met oog op de business.
- Je bent analytisch waardoor je goed verbanden kunt leggen en bent empathisch
- Je houdt ervan om je te verdiepen in de situatie van de gesprekspartner, maar kunt ook jouw mindset overbrengen naar resultaatgerichte acties.
- Je hebt een meer dan gezonde interesse in processen en software in het algemeen en ERP software in het bijzonder.
- Ervaring in de grafische industrie is een dikke plus (studies en/of ervaring in een grafisch productiebedrijf).
- Kennis van MultiPress is uiteraard een dikke plus, maar geen must.

Role Description The Business Development Manager of Mining Products is responsible for developing, promoting, and selling Aspen’s mining equipment trailer products to end users in the mining industry. The role combines technical selling, business development, market analysis, and product leadership. This individual works directly with mining customers to understand their operational needs and provide trailer solutions. - Develop and execute a sales strategy for mining equipment trailers within assigned markets or territories. - Identify new business opportunities with mining companies, contractors, and industrial haulage operators. - Build relationships with decision-makers across operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and management. - Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and maintain an active sales pipeline. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial submissions in coordination with internal teams. - Assess customer applications, payloads, route conditions, site constraints, and operating requirements. - Translate customer needs into trailer specifications and recommended solutions. - Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support product line development. - Coordinate with service, warranty, and parts teams to support customer needs and protect relationships. - Maintain accurate records of opportunities, customer activity, forecasts, and market information in CRM or internal systems.
