• You will take the lead for our entire Google ecosystem – Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max and Demand Gen – and transition a setup that has so far been managed externally into the in-house team. • Your mission: scale our two growth verticals (injectable weight-loss treatment and Men’s Health) to the next level and develop the Merchant Center feed as a strategic asset. • You will confidently navigate the regulatory requirements for telemedicine within the Google ecosystem. • Strategic and operational management of our Google Ads channels (Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen) with a clear focus on MER and ROAS • Expand our YouTube and Demand Gen strategy for lead generation, brand awareness and full-funnel performance • Build and optimize our Merchant Center feed – from setup to an asset for Performance Max, Demand Gen and shoppable CTV • Tracking & Tech: You will work closely with BI/Tech on a clean GA4 and server-side tracking setup • Compliance pro: You will steer our campaigns safely through Google’s healthcare and restricted medical policies – LegitScript and Healthcare Certification are familiar to you • Close, senior-level sparring with Sadyk (Head of Performance Marketing) and tight collaboration with Tech/BI
Job Requirements
- Several years of senior-level experience in Google Ads – in-house or at a performance-driven agency, ideally with a healthcare or DTC background
- You have independently managed six-figure monthly budgets
- Deep expertise in YouTube/Demand Gen, Performance Max and Merchant Center feed
- Confident with GA4, Google Tag Manager and ideally server-side tracking
- Very good German language skills (C1+) for keyword work; strong English
- AI-first mindset: You use AI actively in your daily workflow, not as a buzzword
- Owner mentality: You spot leverage points before others and tackle them independently – without close supervision
- Hands-on: You’re willing to get your hands dirty and not only operate at a high level
- Nice-to-have: Experience in regulated industries (health, pharma, finance, legal cannabis)
- Familiarity with Google Ads Healthcare Certification and/or the LegitScript process
- Looker Studio or comparable BI tools
- Experience with automation in the SEA workflow (builder.io, Optimeleon, custom scripts, Claude co-work/code workflows)
