Job Requirements
- 4+ years professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in multiple languages
- Native or fluent English is a must (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
- Native or fluent Indonesian (Bahasa) is a must
- Fluency in one or several Asian languages is a big plus, such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira etc.)
- Mastery of AI: You use AI proficiently at work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow existing processes
- Keen eye for details to quality check all the outgoing work and provide constructive feedback for fixes
- Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to creative discussions
- Eager to learn from reviews and constructive feedback
- Strong personal time management
- Ability to work remotely and independently. Previous freelance experience is a plus.
