Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting or functional implementation
- 2+ years of experience designing or delivering AI‑enabled or analytics‑driven solutions in an enterprise context
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand HR and Finance strategies
- Deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Financials
- Experience in solutions design, including leading discovery and design workshops
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to Workday’s Ethical AI standards
