Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Sales team and prospects. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying/auditing prospects, and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative or sales agent, they will also research sales competition. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you eventually close the deal (or pass it to the sales team). You will also ensure proper follow-up with prospects. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. You will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Responsibilities - “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (cold calling, cold emailing, meeting the prospects at their schedule, etc.) - Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities - Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails - Present our company to potential clients - Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services - Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction - Build long-term trusting relationships with clients - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market - Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives - Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results - Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Qualifications - 4 years minimum sales experience - Self-motivated and driven - Keep your time and word. Overdeliver and underpromise. - Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role - Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) - Track record of achieving sales quotas - Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) - Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) - Able to set proper expectations upfront for prospects - Understanding of sales performance metrics - Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to deliver engaging presentations - BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field Requirements - Experience in Sales w/Digital Marketing, Web Development & Web Design preferred - Sales experience in Home Services Industry (i.e. plumbing, roofing, construction, electrical, etc.) - Working knowledge of Go High Level or Instantly

Role Description American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH) is seeking an Sr Reconciliation Representative to join our Reconciliation department. The primary function of this position is to reconcile claims, including complex claims, for payment as per Explanation of Benefits from Health Plan Payors for 2-step accounts. Remote Worker Guidelines: This position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network. The internet connection must have a consistent 50 down/10 up Mbps minimum internet speed. 100 down/20 up is recommended to support higher quality video meetings. Responsibilities - Reconciles, resolves, and researches 2-step claims and payments to ASH. - Manually reconciles claims for payment from Health Plan Payors received by paper EOBs or spreadsheets. - Makes calls to Health Plans to check status of claims which may include payment or underpayment. In addition will request claims to be reprocessed if denied in error. - Uses Health Plan and TPA websites to check on claim status or reconcile claims. - Reconciles claims from various reports including but not limited to 14 day reports, aged reports, unreconciled reports, and rejected reports. - Notifies supervisors of trends related to invalid denials by TPAs or Health Plans. - Documents comments in internal notes fields in IHIS in addition to spreadsheets being worked. - Reviews and responds to ASHCore logs within 48 hours of assigned date. - Meets department production and quality requirements. - Maintains confidentiality of all claims documents, records, and claims related issues. - Promotes a spirit of cooperation and understanding among all personnel. - Attends organizational meetings and trainings as required. - Attends department meetings. - Adheres to organizational policies and procedures. - Recognizes unique and/or problem situations within area of assigned responsibility.
