Role Description We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a REMOTE Full Stack Developer, Senior to join our software development team that supports a suite of government business web applications. This position is fully remote. The team supports and develops using the following technologies: - .NET Core - C# Web API - Vue.js JavaScript Framework - SQL Server databases Development methodology follows agile Kanban development processes utilizing Microsoft DevOps. In this role you will be responsible for leading and providing hands-on development for new features and capabilities. The candidate will also mentor and guide a development team, providing technical leadership and code reviews to ensure quality and provide technical guidance. This position may allow for remote work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs. Qualifications - BS or BA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems or related field. - ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems and nine (9) years of overall experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree; or fourteen (14) years of overall experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Requirements - At least ten (10) years software development experience, to include: Software Design and Development of which at least three (3) years of programming experience with the technologies specified above. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.

• Architect and implement distributed systems for content streaming & distribution, model evaluation, inference pipelines • Make high-level design decisions and create architectural blueprints, setting the technical direction and strategy for scalability, performance, and innovation • Build monitoring and observability tools to track system health, throughput, and fairness across the subnet • Analyze fault-tolerance and high availability issues, performance and scale challenges, and solve them • Develop elastic, load balancing, and failure recovery strategies to ensure performance and resilience • Design high-availability infrastructure for real-time leaderboards and validator mechanisms.

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications that power core products and platforms. • Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React. • Build and maintain backend services using Go and event-driven architectures. • Build scalable microservices in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. • Drive architecture decisions that improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Own your code in production, monitor, debug, and continuously improve application performance and reliability. • Write automated tests and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality deployments. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams. • Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems and respond to incidents.

• The development of an application from scratch, and building on top of an existing application, to set our products up to scale across multiple clients in the nuclear industry. • The implementation of new features and integrations to enhance the application’s capabilities. • Partner with engineers, designers, and analysts to solve complex technical challenges and improve application performance. • Proactively identify and improve code quality, system performance, and scalability to make the platform more reliable and maintainable. • Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans, ensuring the platform continues to support safer, faster, and more cost-effective nuclear operations.
