• Identify and qualify potential leads, outbound and inbound, by phone, email, social media messaging, and other media as they are made available • Manage a sales pipeline, including qualification, pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting, and closing opportunities, won and lost • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for capabilities demonstrations, proposals sent, and won new business • Become a Subject Matter Expert understanding our products, the impact of our service on our customers’ business, and insights that will make our customers more successful in their business • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, key clients, and stakeholders, including clinical research sites and academic institutions • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and document customer interactions • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products and services • Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
