Role Description As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including US Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international imports are cleared for entry into the US. - Use multiple computer programs to input required information into our database. - Communicate with clients and transportation carriers via email and phone. - Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies. Qualifications - High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred. - Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing shipments is an asset. - Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products. - An eye for detail is critical for success in the role. - A proactive problem-solving mindset. Requirements - Location - Remote Full-Time Position - Michigan, Texas, North Dakota. - Hiring for the following shift: Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Training schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm (first few weeks). This is a global-scope role based in Limerick, Ireland, reporting directly to the Head of International Government Affairs.
