Role Description Leads the creation of cutting-edge digital solutions by combining user-centric design, emerging technologies, and innovative practices. This role drives ideation, prototyping, and architecture for next-generation platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration. The director fosters a culture of innovation, partners with business and technology teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable designs and accelerates digital transformation through modern frameworks and design thinking. This role will lead a team of approximately 25+ engineers and manage solution design, frameworks and standards for software development across CDH and be responsible for innovation and prototyping. Qualifications - Deep Expertise in enterprise solution design and architecture, including microservices, API-driven design, and cloud-native architectures. - Strong technical understanding of integration patterns, event-driven systems, and scalable distributed systems. - Ability to design end-to-end solutions using heterogenous technical stacks, heterogenous compute environments and heterogenous delivery channels. - Deep knowledge of modern technology trends such as AI/ML, IoT, edge computing, etc. - Experience in rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and innovation frameworks. - Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and composable architectures for accelerating delivery. - Proficiency in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Strong programming background in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js). - Knowledge of API management, service mesh, and integration platforms. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and observability tools. - Understanding of data-driven solution design, including data modeling, data integration, and analytics platforms. - Exposure to AI-driven decision-making and predictive analytics.
