Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data-driven environments
- Strong experience working across multiple Scrum teams in an Agile environment, preferably within SAFe
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction for complex systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
- Experience working closely with engineers and architects in cross-functional teams
- Experience working with systems that have multiple integrations and dependencies
- Strong communication skills; ability to present complex topics clearly and align stakeholders
- Ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity and drive technical clarity across teams
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Experience working on AI or blockchain-based projects
- Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems
- Understanding of AI-driven data workflows, data transformation, or data provenance
- Experience in fintech or private markets domains

Scientific Subject Matter Expert – Fisheries Management

Role Description NOAA Fisheries (NMFS) is seeking a highly experienced Scientific Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support domestic fisheries programs, the Atlantic Highly Migratory Species (Atl HMS) Division, and NMFS Regional Offices in implementing fisheries management initiatives under Executive Order (EO) 14276 and the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA). The selected candidate will provide scientific, technical, environmental, and regulatory expertise to support the development of Fishery Management Plans (FMPs), environmental analyses, regulatory packages, and fisheries management actions. This role requires extensive experience in fisheries science, regulatory compliance, NEPA analysis, technical writing, and stakeholder coordination within a federal fisheries management environment.
