• Act as the primary Solution Owner for SAP Sales Cloud / C4C • Drive CRM solution ownership across business and technical stakeholders • Lead workshops, requirements clarification, roadmap discussions, and prioritization • Coordinate delivery streams related to CRM, Perfect Store, and integrations • Translate business needs into scalable SAP CX solutions • Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration specialists • Support governance, continuity, and long-term platform evolution

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on background in SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud / SAP CX
  • Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Ability to independently lead CRM-related decision-making
  • Understanding of integrations and enterprise CRM landscapes
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strongly Preferred: ​ Experience in FMCG / retail / field sales environments
  • Exposure to Perfect Store or retail execution processes
  • SAP BTP / API / integration understanding
  • Nordic market or international delivery experience
  • Experience working in distributed consulting teams
