Na czym polegać będzie Twoja praca? - Przejmiesz odpowiedzialność za podnoszenie jakości sprzedaży oraz obsługi Sprzedających i zwiększenie zadowolenia Klientów z zawartych na Allegro transakcji. - Zajmiesz się kwestiami naruszeń Regulaminu Allegro i obowiązującego prawa. - Odpowiesz za zgodność z zasadami komunikacji między Klientami i Partnerami. - Będziesz ściśle współpracować z zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za bezpieczeństwo transakcji na Allegro oraz obsługą klienta. - Będziesz mieć realny wpływ na sposób funkcjonowania i bezpieczeństwo Allegro. Qualifications - Dobrze radzą sobie z analizą tekstu oraz danych i potrafią szybko podejmować decyzje. - Rozumieją wagę jakości sprzedaży i bezpieczeństwa transakcji oraz dbają o najmniejsze detale. - Potrafią pracować z dużymi ilościami danych. - Potrafią sprawnie pozyskiwać, weryfikować i analizować informacje z otwartych źródeł (OSINT). - Biegle korzystają z narzędzi opartych na sztucznej inteligencji (AI). - Mają doświadczenie operacyjne zdobyte w działach bezpieczeństwa lub w back-office. - Są dokładne, odpowiedzialne, zaangażowane i skrupulatne. - Potrafią pracować w skupieniu i pod presją czasu. - Dobrze posługują się językiem angielskim w piśmie i mowie (min. na poziomie B1). - Mają możliwość pracy na zmianę popołudniową oraz w weekendy (w formie zdalnej). - Dodatkowym atutem będzie znajomość analizy danych (np. SQL).
