• Support the design and development of new furniture products across seating, desking, storage, accessory, and related categories • Contribute to early concept development through sketching, ideation, and design exploration • Develop and refine 3D CAD models, layouts, and assemblies in collaboration with the furniture design and engineering teams • Support product customization efforts, line extensions, and iterative improvements to existing products • Generate renderings, models, prototypes, and presentations to clearly communicate design intent and design decisions • Develop product spec packs, drawings, and design documentation to support prototyping and development processes • Collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, and engineering teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and aligned with cost, quality, and performance targets • In partnership with the Asia team, visit factories to review design and development samples throughout the product development process • Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, ergonomic considerations, and industry trends • Support post-launch improvements by responding to customer feedback, production learnings, and quality insights

• Evaluate program performance: Define success metrics and monitor care delivery programs across clinical outcomes, member experience, utilization, and cost. Identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvement. • Support ROI and sustainability assessments: Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Finance teams to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of new and existing programs. Help inform decisions about program refinement, continued investment, and scale. • Translate insights into action: Synthesize clinical, operational, and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders and frontline teams. Support implementation of changes that improve effectiveness and efficiency. • Partner on program design and evolution: Contribute to early program design to ensure initiatives are operationally feasible, measurable, and positioned for scale. Help evolve programs over time based on performance learnings. • Support operational optimization: Work with operations and clinical leaders to identify process, staffing, or workflow adjustments that improve program performance and consistency. • Drive cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with Clinical, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to align on goals, metrics, and execution plans. • Build repeatability and scale: Help translate successful programs into clear playbooks, metrics, and operating norms that support consistent delivery across teams.

• Translate creative direction into high-quality production assets across sales, marketing, and internal channels. • Own the production of decks, PDFs, diagrams, landing pages, campaign assets, and internal materials. • Maintain and evolve Warp’s brand system, templates, and component libraries. • Manage asset organization, versioning, and retrieval across the team. • Support Growth and Sales with consistent, on-brand creative output. • Collaborate with Creative Leadership to turn strategy into scalable, repeatable execution. • Help define and improve creative production processes and workflows.
