• Own the end-to-end playbook for growing Branch's key wholesale and partner accounts, including renewals, expansions, troubleshooting and strategic planning • Build and optimize our marketplace presence, with Amazon as a priority. This includes catalog strategy, pricing, advertising, operations and review management • Identify brand-aligned and complementary partner products for Branch • Identify, negotiate and execute impactful IP licensing opportunities for Branch • Prioritize, pitch and ship a wide range of revenue-driving opportunities • Build repeatable systems, not just one-off wins. Each partnership you close should teach us how to close the next ten • Develop frameworks that convey where to invest and where to pass (not every opportunity is worth pursuing, and part of your job is making that case clearly) • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, design, product, customer success, and finance to ensure partnerships translate into execution, not just signatures
• Engage with the local commercial real estate community, meeting with brokers, designers, and other influencers in the office furniture purchase decision • Map the local commercial real estate ecosystem and track progress vs. goals in HubSpot (e.g. number of brokers engaged within target brokerages) • Run daily outreach across multiple channels (ie phone, email, LinkedIn, direct mail etc) • Activate a quarterly field calendar (breakfasts, events, showroom tours etc) • Leverage our Manhattan showroom for client tours • Co-create broker & A&D kits (one-pagers, case studies) to drive referrals • Launch and optimize a broker referral program (tiers, talk tracks, incentives, deal registration process) • Run monthly market pipeline reviews, identifying opportunity areas, risks and action plans • Co-create thought leadership activities that drive attendance and build relationships

• Support the design and development of new furniture products across seating, desking, storage, accessory, and related categories • Contribute to early concept development through sketching, ideation, and design exploration • Develop and refine 3D CAD models, layouts, and assemblies in collaboration with the furniture design and engineering teams • Support product customization efforts, line extensions, and iterative improvements to existing products • Generate renderings, models, prototypes, and presentations to clearly communicate design intent and design decisions • Develop product spec packs, drawings, and design documentation to support prototyping and development processes • Collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, and engineering teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and aligned with cost, quality, and performance targets • In partnership with the Asia team, visit factories to review design and development samples throughout the product development process • Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, ergonomic considerations, and industry trends • Support post-launch improvements by responding to customer feedback, production learnings, and quality insights
