Senior Technical Consultant
CDW
• Consult, design, plan and implement complex technical projects • Provide technical expertise for Sales and Solutions teams • Create technical presentations and solution demonstrations • Design and deliver implementation services across a wide range of clients and technologies • Act as a mentor and technical escalation point • Creation of technical documentation as required • Supporting/reviewing PS Costings sheet, Low Level Designs, Statement of Works (SoW) • Involvement and running of project design workshops • Presenting technical documentation to customers • Renew/upgrade required certifications • Ensure assigned projects are executed and completed within agreed parameters • Assist in the design of Proof of Concept • Create/support the creation of test documentation and test scenarios • Proactively evaluate existing systems and make recommendations for improvement • Acts as a coach/mentor for co-workers

- Holds, maintains, and continues to develop industry-recognised expert-level technical relevance through prior experience from being involved in delivering complex projects
- Can continually demonstrate exceptional skills in time-management, planning, sales and all types of communication
- Has proven extensive commercial awareness, able to protect the interests of CDW in all aspects of professional services delivery
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience of technical infrastructure hardware, software and solutions, as well as extensive expert-level technical experience in one or more relevant fields.
- Continually demonstrate delivery of quality and consistency whilst delivering excellence and at the same time striving for improvement
- Prior experience working in an IT Services organisation, IT channel, or value-added reseller.
