• Engage with clients to provide strategic and scientific guidance • Design and develop solutions and deliver high impact engagements • Primary owner of client engagements responsible for client satisfaction and high-quality outputs • Deliver on financial targets by developing and delivering scientifically rigorous and commercially relevant solutions • Spend approximately 35-50% of time on client delivery, 35-45% on sales/client relationship building, 15% on professional and strategy development and leadership/coaching, and 5% on collaborative initiatives • Seek out new and repeat business with prospective and existing clients • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business strategies • Collaborate with HEOR sales team to advance new opportunities and lead proposal development • Serve as a trusted advisor applying consultative critical thinking skills • Deliver projects in accordance with legal and contractual obligations • Lead projects effectively considering resourcing, budgets, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction • Analyze market trends and competitor activities • Support development of future consultants and project team members through mentorship and coaching • Contribute to the strategic direction of the capability
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in life science or consulting industry
- Relevant Degree in scientific field from an accredited institution preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading teams to sell and deliver projects involving health economic modelling and/or health technology assessment
- Deep expertise in health economic modelling and health technology assessment and ability to apply this expertise with a commercially oriented mindset
- Ability to price and execute profitable client engagements
- Successful history of effectively managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet client needs and contract specifications
- Excellent conceptual skills and ability to draw relevant strategic recommendations.
- Ability to understand and clearly convey complex scientific, economic, and commercial data

Role Description Due to growth, we are adding a Director, Pharmacy Manufacturer Relations & Contracting to our team. Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain, the Director, Manufacturer Relations & Contracting is responsible for leading manufacturer-facing contracting strategies that maximize economic value for the organization and its clients demonstrated through budget impact analysis and value-based measurement. This role oversees pharmacy rebate and discount negotiations, formulary aligned contracting, and value driven pharmaceutical partnerships. The Director ensures competitive rebate structures, maintains strong manufacturer relationships, and drives analytical, rebate forecast and financial cost modeling needed to support manufacturer relationship and contracting decisions. This position directly leads teams responsible for rebate contracting, analytics, and pharma engagement, reflecting a strong blend of strategic negotiation, contracting acumen, financial modeling, and cross functional collaboration. This is also inclusive of discount reselling that could evolve through GPO partnerships. The growth on Indication Based, Value-Based and Medical pharmacy contracts will be of increasing importance.
