• Support the high-quality delivery of K–12 assessment events across multiple states • Serve as a professional representative of OpenEd during live assessment sessions • Administer assessments directly (often 1:1) as a Tester • Supervise and support testing sessions as a Proctor • Conduct pre-assessment orientations and post-assessment record-keeping and data support • Maintain priority scheduling by committing to 25 or more testing hours per week during active testing windows

• Define and implement the overall QA strategy, processes, and standards across the organization • Lead test planning, execution, and release validation for platform features, APIs, and AI/ML-powered detection systems • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle • Identify, track, and drive resolution of defects, performance issues, and reliability risks • Establish and monitor quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness criteria • Mentor and support QA engineers while helping scale the QA function as the company grows • Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release processes

• Test Brookhaven in both a LIVE and QA environment across Mobile, Tablet, PC, and Console, ensuring comprehensive coverage & that issues are identified early • Reproduce and document issues with complete supporting materials (logs, screenshots, reproduction steps) • Conduct testing from a player-experience perspective, representing Brookhaven’s community voice • Collaborate with the QA Lead to create and execute comprehensive test plans which anticipate issues ahead of release • Work closely with other QA testers by communicating progress, risks, and test results clearly to ensure effective coverage across tests

Description: The Lead Penetration Tester is an experienced offensive security professional who reports directly to the Director of Offensive Security. In this client-facing role, you will lead and execute penetration testing engagements for MSSP customers, serve as an escalation point for other penetration testers, and help ensure high-quality, defensible deliverables across the team Responsibilities: Lead and execute penetration tests primarily across web applications, external APIs, and networks, performing manual testing, exploitation, and validation beyond automated scanning. Serve as the primary escalation point for other penetration testers to unblock investigations, validate exploitation paths, and review findings for accuracy and consistency. Conduct scoping calls with customers, confirm rules of engagement, and manage the pentest lifecycle. Present findings to engineering teams and executive stakeholders, translating technical issues into remediation priorities. Contribute to internal offensive security tooling, playbooks, templates, and scripts.
