• Active prospecting: identify new opportunities, contact target companies and build a strong network in Montreal and the Outaouais region • Client meetings: proactively approach and meet prospects to understand their needs and build trusting relationships; engage with service, construction, transportation and property management companies looking to optimize their operations • Customized demonstrations: present the ProgressionLIVE solution clearly and persuasively, highlighting concrete benefits (time savings, error reduction, improved profitability) tailored to each sector • Negotiation & closing: convert opportunities into successful sales using your persuasive skills and your ability to demonstrate the solution’s value • Follow-up & retention: ensure a high-quality post-sale customer experience, maximize satisfaction and generate new business opportunities • Strategic contribution: share field feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve our approaches and adapt our offering to real market needs • Achieving targets: manage your pipeline effectively, keep your CRM up to date and meet set targets
Job Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English): our clients are located across Canada; you will communicate in both English and French in person, during calls, emails and presentations
- B2B sales experience, ideally with field prospecting
- Self-motivated, persistent and excellent negotiation skills
- Organized and disciplined to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license + availability for frequent travel within Montreal and the Outaouais region
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, presentations, video conferencing)
