• You'll lead a post-sales SA team that helps enterprise customers realize deep, lasting value from Sanity. • Your focus is on outcomes: successful renewals, expansion into new use cases and business units, and implementations that hold up as customers grow. • Setting the team's strategic direction and personally owning your most complex, high-stakes accounts: overseeing implementations, building relationships with customer stakeholders, and navigating the moments where things get hard. • Coaching your Solution Architects on how to run value-oriented engagements: listening for what customers actually need, surfacing risks before they become problems, and mapping a clear path to success with Sanity at the center. • Hiring, developing, and retaining a skilled SA team that's equally credible with developers, architects, product leaders, and content teams. • Evolving the core post-sales motions (onboarding, implementation reviews, expansion discovery, and health monitoring) so customers move from signed to successful quickly. • Connecting Sanity's capabilities to customers’ business outcomes: showing customers how structured content, flexible workflows, and the modern content stack unlock faster shipping, better editorial experiences, and scalable growth.

The Role Block is building the next generation of commerce experiences for merchants and PSPs through Afterpay, Cash App Pay, Clearpay, and Cash App Afterpay. As part of Block's Solutions Engineering team, you will be a senior technical leader driving complex partner and merchant integrations. You'll work directly with business development, sales, and product teams to deeply understand customer needs, showcase our APIs and services, and solve challenging technical problems that accelerate adoption. You Will Partner with Sales & Account Management to support sellers integrating with our platform, and co-sell Cash App Afterpay's Developer Platform. Design and deliver technical solutions, including building proof-of-concepts, custom reports, sample integrations, and troubleshooting complex issues. Be a trusted technical advisor - translating business requirements into scalable integration approaches and advocating for best practices.

• Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend services in TypeScript/Node.js • Architect performant PostgreSQL schemas and optimize complex queries for production workloads • Build robust data pipelines that ingest, process, and normalize blockchain protocol data in real-time at scale • Integrate emerging yield sources into the Yield.xyz engine including smart contract interaction • Develop and maintain external-facing APIs that power integrations for major Web3 wallets and fintech platforms • Conduct technical R&D on emerging protocols, validator architectures, and Web3 infrastructure • Operate services on AWS in close partnership with DevOps engineers • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule • Mentor and collaborate with other engineers across the organization • Own shipping with minimal guidance from technical design and implementation through to deployment
