Business Development Manager

Alcumus

• Identify, prioritise and penetrate target enterprise accounts aligned to the CHAS Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Map complex stakeholder environments and develop multi-threaded engagement plans. • Apply structured qualification methodologies (MEDDICC or similar) to assess deal quality and value. • Build compelling commercial cases that clearly articulate ROI, risk reduction, and operational value. • Navigate complex commercial negotiations and secure multi-year agreements. • Maintain strong deal momentum across long and complex buying cycles.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience selling high-value SaaS, compliance, risk or consultancy solutions
  • Proven enterprise seller
  • Consistent track record of exceeding new business targets
  • Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong, value-based commercial approach
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and budget holders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong personal organisation and disciplined pipeline management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable operating in a field-based role with a high degree of autonomy
