Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience problem solving and providing advanced support within fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Experience with the Retail industry and application support (Merchandising) is a must
- Experience writing SQL queries/scripts
- Experience working with and debugging web applications and/or services
- Proven track record of effective technical troubleshooting
- Ability to function effectively as a point of contact in escalated cases, and collaborating with Team Lead and customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while still professionally performing and communicating in stressful and high impacting situations
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Possesses the ability to explain technical items in a non-technical way
- Flexibility to work with a shifting schedule, including evenings and weekends, and with an on-call rotation.

Role Description The Senior Technical Specialist delivers high quality customer service. The Sr. Technical Support Engineer handles complex calls including but not limited to: - Fatal Errors - Network related issues - Performance issues - Exchange Connector/MS Graph Provide expert and thorough assistance to Support staff. As a Sr. Technical Support Engineer, you will: - Work directly with Technical Support Supervisor, Specialists, and technical services to resolve IT/Software/Hardware-related issues. - Provide elevated and more complex technical customer service to clients, consultants, and third parties by answering calls, researching and diagnosing support situations, and resolving the situation. - Work directly with clients, external IT, and At Risk firms to resolve client issues. - Maintain accurate, thorough call records in the support tracking system. - Train and mentor software and non-technical support staff. - Review new/updated documentation and participate in ongoing product training to keep current on the software, submitting documentation enhancements as needed. - Identify a need for upselling or cross-selling payments or other add-on products and forwarding client information to appropriate sales contact. - Perform project work and other duties as assigned. - Follow established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure. Role Description En fonction au sein de la Cellule COZ du Département Transport et Soutien Pétrolier Energies du GSC IdF, vous serez affecté en qualité de Technicien Gestion Planification Transport. Role Description The position of Application Coordinator is responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of clinical and/or revenue cycle applications. Responsibilities include: - Obtaining the appropriate Epic certification and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the software functionality. - Acquiring knowledge of the clinical or revenue cycle workflows to be implemented on the system. - Being on-call periodically on a 24/7 basis to provide tier III level support of the Epic clinical and/or revenue cycle applications. - Implementing configuration changes to the Epic system as approved by the appropriate committee. - Designing a future-state workflow and building the system to support the new workflow in collaboration with clinical/financial department representatives. - Working with interdisciplinary workgroups to accomplish goals as a team. - Establishing and maintaining critical business relationships with fellow Piedmont co-workers, physicians, and all others who use or interact with the Epic application suite.
